GARRETT C. ARENDSE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Garrett C. Arendse memorial scholarship was started after Garrett passed away from an accidental drug overdose on April 1, 2018. His jersey number 17 and his teal colored goalie head have become iconic in Skagit Valley. Garrett's family wishes to extend his passion for lacrosse by offering a full scholarship for each grade category, both boys and girls. All interested applicants are asked to submit a handwritten letter answering the following two questions:

1. Briefly describe why you would like to be selected for the Garrett C. Arendse memorial scholarship.

2. In your own words, talk about what you like about lacrosse and what you feel you bring to the team as a player.

Once you have completed your letter you may mail it to the club and it will be forwarded to Garrett's family for review. Please include your full name, address, email and contact number.
